To change the sale by retail of alcohol times of current license
We want to offer a brand called "Poutine City" which is a Californian food that consists of fries topped with gravy and cheese curd, along with waffles, pancakes, breakfasts, light lunches etc. We have changed the design of the shop in gardner street to accommodate a small amount of people that can sit in for an evening. We DO NOT WANT AND ARE NOT A
BAR! We want to extend the license to offer a "tapas" style service where you can come in and sit, have something to eat and have a drink. We can currently offer this but only up until the times stated on our license. To give this business a chance of surviving in these challenging times we feel that if we can offer a slightly later offering this would enable us to
compete with others on Gardner street as well as offer something a little different. All our licensing objectives will remain as they are, in place, in force and all adhered too. We are simply asking to do what we do, for a longer period of time and in fact only wanting to serve alcohol whilst someone eats and is sitting down.
