Following some refurbishment it is intended to move the servery from the West end of the building to sit alongside the current servery shown at the rear and fill the gap between it and the ladies toilets wall, making one long servery instead of two separate ones, the tables and chairs which filled the spaces being interchanged so there is no overall difference in the footprint of the inside but it will allow for better service by staff to customers, Please see the plan submitted with the application to note the details.
There is no need or intention to alter the hours or conditions as these were all dealt with a year ago and fully take into account the premises position within the CIZ.
