Since Transition in 2005 the premises has continued to operate with a variety of complex hours and old embedded conditions which were originally subject of a Justices Licence, all listed on the licence as Embedded conditions under Annex 1 sections 1-5 and we are asking for the hours and embedded conditions to be removed and in recognition of the position of the Cumulative Impact Zone to follow licensing policy and the Matrix and allow operation of the premises between 09.00 and 22.00 for the sale of alcohol and subject to Cafe Bar conditions with no vertical drinking at all times both within the premises and on its outside terrace area.
